What we collect
When you submit the Registry form we collect: your email address, an optional access code, what you collect, and your country.
We also store a unique unsubscribe token so you can remove yourself from the list at any time.
Why we collect it
The Registry and the newsletter are the same list. We use your data to review your request, grant Registry access, and send you email updates about forthcoming drops and 3TT1 news.
Legal basis: consent. You give this consent by checking the box on the Registry form.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as you remain subscribed and your Registry request is active. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it promptly.
Your rights
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Unsubscribe using the link in every email.
