Non Architecture Agency is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

When you request access to the 3TT1 Registry, we may collect:

• your email address;
• your country;
• your collecting interests or preferences;
• an access code, if one has been provided to you;
• the date and status of your Registry request; and
• information necessary to manage your subscription and allow you to unsubscribe.

Some limited technical information may also be processed when you use the website, such as IP address, browser information and server logs, where required for the operation and security of the site.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the Registry.

The Registry is 3TT1’s mailing and access list.

We use the information you provide to:

• manage Registry membership and access requests;
• communicate about forthcoming drops, releases and 3TT1 news;
• understand, in broad terms, the interests and geographic distribution of the Registry; and
• maintain the security and proper operation of the website.

For Registry communications, the legal basis is your consent. You give this consent when you actively choose to join the Registry.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us at talk@3tt1.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.

Personal data is accessed only where necessary to operate 3TT1 and the Registry.

We may use service providers for functions such as website hosting, data storage and email delivery. Where these providers process personal data on our behalf, they are required to handle it appropriately and only for the relevant service.

We do not make Registry information publicly available.

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area.

Where this happens, we use providers and safeguards permitted under applicable data-protection law, such as an EU adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.

We keep Registry data while you remain subscribed or while it is otherwise necessary to manage your Registry membership.

If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it from the active Registry without undue delay, except where limited information must be retained to comply with a legal obligation or to ensure that your unsubscribe request continues to be respected.

Technical and security logs may be retained for shorter periods determined by the relevant service provider.

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• request deletion of your data;
• request restriction of certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format, where applicable; and
• withdraw your consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data-protection authority.

3TT1 does not use advertising or marketing cookies to track visitors across websites.

Technical data necessary for hosting, security and the operation of the website may nevertheless be processed by our service providers.

We may update this Privacy Notice if the Registry, website or the way we process personal data changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
